SHIPPING
CPAP Now offers free delivery on all in stock item orders over $500. Next-day delivery service is provided in Saskatoon and Regina only. On orders less than $500 a standard delivery rate of $20 will be applied and will be calculated at checkout. Out of City shipping will be processed and shipped the next day with all in stock items delivered via Canada Post and subject to their delivery schedule.
EXPLANATION FOR DELIVERY
All in-stock products processed before 3 pm will be delivered the next day, to any in-city addresses provided on the purchase, via courier. “Not at home” deliveries are standard and confirmed by photograph (provided only on request).
Any special request for delivery must be added to instructions at time of purchase, will be reviewed prior to delivery and may affect delivery times. Apartment deliveries will require clear delivery instructions for drop off at entrance or someone at home to receive.
RETURNS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Refunds or exchanges will be provided on any CPAP Mask or CPAP Accessory purchased from CPAP Now within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is in SEALED PACKAGING. If the packaging has been unsealed (even without being used) it is no longer refundable. A $50 restocking fee applies and will be deducted from any refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for return items and shipping for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Time involved to process your
exchanged product may vary.
All CPAP Machines are FINAL SALE items and will not be exchanged or refunded.
PROCESS FOR REFUND
Email support@cpapnow.ca with your request for refund including an explanation for the refund. Once your refund request is analyzed an authorization number will be sent to you and must be included with your returned item. Un-opened Items will be returned at customers expense to: Suite 150 – 21st Street E., Saskatoon, SK, S7K6C8 Refund will be granted once item received and $50 restocking fee will be deducted from refund. Refunds will be processed on the original method of payment.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then please contact your credit card company, there may be delays in their process
before your refund is officially posted. When this has been checked and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cpapnow.ca and reference our return authorization or original sales number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item trackable shipping services or shipping insurance are
recommended. CPAP Now cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live and availability of product, arrival of your exchanged
product may vary.
WARRANTY POLICY
All products purchased come with a manufacturers standard warranty. All CPAP/Auto-CPAP/BIPAP/Bilevel Machines come with a Canadian 3-year replacement warranty supported by the Manufacturer. Visit our Warranty Portal to complete the warranty form submission. CPAP Now will work on your behalf in the event of a warranty replacement.
Machines may need to be returned to evaluate warranty conditions at owner’s
expense. Water damage found in any machine voids manufacture warranty.
